W.S. SELTZER: Traditional oil painter of Historical Western Subjects, especially Plains Indians. Born in Great Falls, Montana u 1955 and is the grandson of the famous Montana painter Olaf C. Seltzer. Studied architecture at Montana State University, later moved to California and studied with Donald Putman. He returned to Montana because of his chosen subject matter. He was greatly in fuenced by his grandfather.
